Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a powerful tool for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client, providing support, insight, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
-
My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work through challenges such as:
Anxiety
Depression
Self Esteem Concerns
Trauma
Emotional Regulation
Stress Management
Relationship Issues
Life Circumstances
-
I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions for clients ages 10 and older. I look forward to meeting you and providing a space where you can explore life's challenges, build on your strengths, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.

Walk and Talk Therapy
-
Sometimes, healing doesn’t have to happen sitting across from someone in an office. Walk & Talk Therapy offers the opportunity to step outside, move your body, and work through what’s on your mind in a more relaxed environment.
Walking can create a natural rhythm for conversation and may make it feel easier to open up, reflect, and process difficult emotions. Together, we can use the time to slow down, breathe, talk, and gain a fresh perspective while connecting with the outdoors.
-
1. Start with a conversation
Before participating in Walk & Talk Therapy, we’ll discuss whether this approach feels like a good fit for your needs and goals.2. Meet at a designated location
We’ll meet at an agreed-upon outdoor location and begin with a brief check-in before starting our walk.3. Walk, talk, and process
As we walk, we’ll use the time just as we would in a traditional counseling session. We may talk through current challenges, emotions, relationships, goals, or whatever feels most important that day.4. Move at your own pace
There’s no need to rush. We can walk at a comfortable pace, pause when needed, or take a moment to sit and reflect. The goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable and present.5. End with intention
Before wrapping up, we’ll take a few minutes to reflect on what came up during our session and identify any helpful takeaways or next steps. -
Don’t worry—if you schedule a Walk & Talk session and the weather decides not to cooperate, or you simply aren’t feeling up for a walk that day, that’s completely okay!
Some days we need to move, and some days we need to slow down and rest. When a walk isn’t the right fit, we’ll simply take a break from the walking and have your session comfortably in the office instead.
Couples Counseling
You don’t have to wait until things feel impossible. Sometimes, taking the first step together can make all the difference.
-
Couples counseling provides a safe and supportive space for partners to slow down, reconnect, and work through challenges together. Whether you’re struggling with communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, counseling can help you better understand one another and create healthier patterns together.
My goal is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel heard, understood, and valued. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the conflict, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways to communicate, connect, and support one another.
Every relationship goes through difficult seasons. Seeking support doesn’t mean your relationship is failing—it can be a meaningful step toward creating the relationship you both want.

Group Therapy
Group counseling opportunities will be offered as specific needs and interests arise. New groups will be announced as they become available based on community needs and areas of support.
Interested in a future group? Reach out to let us know what topics or types of support you would like to see offered.
-
Group counseling provides a supportive and confidential space where individuals can connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Through guided discussion, reflection, and therapeutic activities, group members have the opportunity to gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and build meaningful connections in a safe and welcoming environment.
-
Groups are facilitated by a licensed counselor and are intentionally structured to promote respect, understanding, and emotional safety. While every group is different, participants may explore topics such as relationships, stress, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, communication, or personal growth.
-
If your insurance provider does not cover group counseling, the self-pay rate is $50 per session. Each group session is approximately 90 minutes in length.
Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and benefits for group counseling services.
